Order Process

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We're closed on Saturday and Sunday.  Orders will be processed Monday - Friday. You will receive an order confirmation once the order is ready to be shipped. All orders are shipped standard shipping, will take 7-14 business days to be receive. 

BE FLAWLESS is not responsible for lost or held packages. We are not responsible for missed-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so USPS must handle any shipping issues. 


U.S SALES TAX:

We collect state sales tax on all orders shipped within California. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed, and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email & packing slip.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept Visa, PayPal, MasterCard, American Express.


ORDER CONFIRMATION:

An order confirmation will appear as your final step in your order process. You will also receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive another email with the tracking number and details.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received this notification after 72 hours notify us and we will look up your order tracking number for you. Please email CUSTOMERSERVICE@beflawless.com with your order number. A rep will be in touch within 24 hours to assist you.

 

Shipping

SHIPPING (DOMESTIC USA)

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Larger orders will require more time. Shipping and handling charges are based on the size and weight of your package(s). You will receive your tracking number by email after your order has been shipped. Packages usually take 7-14 business days to arrive for destinations in the continental United States.

 

Returns

All products are a final sale, non-refundable.

If you receive products that are damaged in shipment, please contact us right away. Do not throw away any broken product and the box we have packaged the products in. We will ask you to send us photos of the damaged product and the box (in case it has been tampered with). We will be able to offer you a replacement product. If you do not claim the damaged product within one week of receiving the product we will not honor any credits or replacements past this time frame.

Our return policy is subject to change at any time.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?

If you received the wrong merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at CUSTOMERSERVICE@beflawless.com
